- Pink Paw Pet Spa Policies:
*Appointment Policy: Please email (pinkpawpetspa@yahoo.com) or call ((205)-980-5520) with a requested date for your pet to be groomed. You may choose between AM (8:30-11:30), and PM (Noon-3pm) appointments. You may request a specific time, but you are not guaranteed that time. Please be sure to give us your name, address, telephone number, and the name and breed of your pet. We will email you or call you back to confirm your appointment, and give you a more specific arrival time. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. Please note that we do not answer our phones during the day while we are working with the pets. Most of our phone calls will be returned early evening as quickly as possible.
*Payment Policy: We are a mobile business and understand that our clients have hectic and demanding schedules. Due to the nature of our business, we have limited appointments each day. If you are unable to stay for the completion of your pets grooming, payment must be made in the form of cash, or check. Payment is always due in full upon completion of your pet's grooming, or collection charges will apply on a daily basis. There will be a $35 fee charged for all returned checks. At the present time we ae unable to accept credit or debit cards.
*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the full price of your pet's grooming. We carefully schedule our appointments to ensure that we do not have to feel rushed during your pet's appointment. Please be considerate and call if you need to reschedule.
*No-Show Policy: If we arrive at your door, and no one is at home, we will wait for approximately 15 minutes. If no one arrives, we will consider this to be a cancellation with no advance notice, and the full groom price will be charged.
Additionally Policies:
*Pink Paw Pet Spa will not demat a pet. Excessive dematting causes extreme discomfort to your pet, and can aggravate existing skin problems. Dematting is a complete contradiction to the stress free philosophy of mobile grooming. Excessive matting can be avoided with regular brushing , and grooming. We will be happy to show you brushing techniques for mat prevention.
*Although most pets are very well behaved, not all are perfect "angels". We understand and welcome meeting these different personalities. However, for the benefit of your pet, we will not provide services for pets that are vicious, or have aggressive attitudes. We reserve the right to refuse services to these pets.
*Pink Paw Pet Spa is fully equipped and trained to groom geriatric pets. Depending on the needs of your geriatric pet, we may provide a sanitation/comfort groom in order to minimize any discomfort from standing, etc..
*Pink Paw Pet Spa personnel will not enter the premises of your home. Please have your dog ready for their appointment prior to our arrival, and prepared to meet us at the door. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated.
